Polli's Extreme Hot Sauce
This is the Special Sauce you experienced at Polli's Mexican Restaurant in Makawao in upcountry Maui. Polli's Food is superlative. This sauce just heightened your your Up Country Maui dining adventure. So if you want more of the sauce either you have to go back to Polli's or you can order it here because that's the only two places on this planet where you will find it. Sorry, but we can't send some of Polli's Nachos, Tacos and Margartias.
For those who have not enjoyed Polli's, yet, or this hot sauce; this sauce is rather hot with just a touch of garlic. This sauce goes great on all foods except raw rubarb.
