Special Bulletin: The harsh drought on Maui (worst in all USA) has caused a severe shortage of Maui Onions. Our mission is to use as many Hawaii Grown Products in our Made In Hawaii Salsa. Thus we are also using the Ewa Sweet Onion in our Classic Hawaiian Salsa. When the Maui Onions become mores plentiful we will start using more of them in the salsa. Please let us know your comments. Here's the spicier version of our Made in Hawaii Red Mild Salsa. We've added a few more peppers for warmth, and we've included all the wonderful Island ingredients that have made our salsa a local favorite since 1981. We use it on chips and enchiladas and such, and our web guy likes to simmer fresh fish in it.
