Special Bulletin: The harsh drought on Maui (worst in all USA) has caused a severe shortage of Maui Onions. Our mission is to use as many Hawaii Grown Products in our Made In Hawaii Salsa. Thus we are also using the Ewa Sweet Onion in our Classic Hawaiian Salsa. When the Maui Onions become mores plentiful we will start using more of them in the salsa. Please let us know your comments. This Very, Very Hot Salsa is a spicy version of the Red Medium. It's our traditional salsa with an extra kick, sort of a second cousin to our Nitro sauces. All the great flavor of our other, less blazing recipes plus� a few exotic peppers.
