You like cookies and you like macadamia nuts right? Well here they are together in one of the best cookies you will ever taste. Cook Kwee definitely knows how to make a cookie. Add the macadamia nuts and this is a treat you will want really enjoy.
Here is one of my own family cookie recipes -
Annie's Gingersnap Cookies
Sift together:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1.25 teaspoon of ground ginger powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
.5 teaspoon of ground cloves
Now cream together
2/3 cup of vegetable shortening
1 cup of white sugar
add
1 egg
1/3 cup of molasses
Now blend in dry ingredients, chill. Roll into balls and dip tops into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and make in preheated 350 degree F. oven for 15 minutes. |
